How can you prevent blisters?

  1. Wear appropriate shoes: This tip sounds banal, but it is actually the be-all and end-all. The shoes should neither be too big, too small or too tight. However, it is very important to make sure that the socks fit well and fit optimally in terms of size, otherwise they can form wrinkles that rub on the skin and in turn lead to blisters. You should also make sure to wear wool or functional socks rather than synthetic socks, as these can absorb any moisture on your feet better.
