This year, among other things, the so-called cloud bread, the baked feta pasta and a delicious omelette wrap went viral on all platforms.

The only question is: how healthy are all these trends really? Just because they look good doesn’t mean they are good. Or maybe some of them even have potential as fitness food? We checked it out.

This trend, which is booming under the hashtag #vietnamesepizza, is something between pizza and omelet. It is prepared super quickly and can be varied in many ways. Whether it is worth? We’ll check that.

Ingredients: Basic ingredients are rice paper and eggs, pretty easy. If you like it classic Asian, you can’t avoid the Sriracha sauce. What else you add to it is up to you: cheese, spring onions or even ham. There are endless variations on TikTok.
